Pappardelle Carbonara

Today we will be sharing a similar recipe we have found so you can enjoy the delicious dish fresh at home. The recipe is both quick and beginner friendly, as the total time to prepare it is 15 minutes.
This specific recipe is suitable for 4 people. The ingredients that you will need are:
- Nidi Bronzato Egg Noodle No75 Pappardelle 375g
- 4 short rashers of bacon, sliced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Handful of grated Parmesan cheese
- Cracked black pepper


First, cook the pasta as per the directions on the package. This is important because each type of pasta is different in cooking, with both temperature and time. While these are cooking, prepare the bacon in a fry pan over medium heat until they turn crispy. Once finished cooking the pasta, move it to the fry pan then remove from the heat. The heat in the pan will be enough to complete the dish.
Then you will thoroughly toss the beaten eggs through the pasta and bacon until they have fully coated the pasta.
Finally stir through some Parmesan cheese and serve with freshly cracked pepper and your choice of extra seasonings.
